Design of new molds
Our in-house design office develops your molds internally to provide expertise aligned with your specifications and technical requirements. With personalized support and a dedicated point of contact, we guide you from the initial idea to mold delivery, providing a complete set of drawings
New version studies
We also conduct studies for implementing new versions in your existing tooling, ranging from modifying a cavity to designing new complete molding cavity stacks

In-house trials workshop
Our workshop is equipped with four IMM (injection molding machine) of various clamping force to test and fine-tune your molds. A strict follow-up of our optimization procedure allows us to deliver injection parameters for an efficient production start upon delivery. We can also produce sampling and pre-series molding for your various assembly or validation tests.
Optimal maintenance
With a fully renovated facility and modern equipment, we ensure the longevity and performance of your molds.
A second life for your molds
We assess your existing molds and propose refurbishment solutions. Once restored, we guarantee optimal functionality, regardless of the mold’s age or origin.
Turnkey refurbishment service
We handle the entire process: tool assessment, analysis of the plastic parts produced, and an expert report with our recommendations. We then renew the components to be replaced and ensure reactivation with validation testing in our trial center.
