At Micro Rectif, workplace safety is not just a regulatory requirement; it is a true company culture. At the end of September, our entire team participated in a fire safety training led by LGPI, further strengthening our commitment to the protection of our employees and our facilities.
A training to act effectively in case of fire
This training day allowed our teams to acquire essential knowledge and practice on the ground. Here are the key points covered:
- Discovery of different types of fire extinguishers and their specific uses based on the situations.
- Practical outdoor exercises to handle extinguishers and learn the right actions in case of an emergency.
- Inspection of our facilities: recognition of safety equipment such as alarms, smoke extraction systems, emergency exits, assembly points, and intervention and evacuation plans.
The aim of these sessions is to prepare each employee to act effectively in the face of a potential fire, while also helping them to better understand the devices in place on our site.
