Carry out one or more rectification phases of a production order in compliance with procedures.

Description of activities
Analyze the manufacturing file in its entirety.
Read and understand drawings.
Read and understand machining routines.
Draw up and adapt machine settings for machining in compliance with the plan.
Perform visual and dimensional self-inspection on each part.
Grinders are responsible for the quality and conformity of the operations they perform.
Maintain the workstation in good condition and carry out first-level maintenance (machine, desk, cabinet, computer).
Hierarchical responsibility/animation project(s)
The job is under the responsibility of the workshop manager.
Cooperate with the coordinator and workshop manager.
The grinder has no supervisory responsibilities.
Internal/external working relationships
Internal contacts (daily interaction) :
-Workshop manager: passing on instructions, requesting information.
> The coordinator: technical support, distribution of production orders.
> The controller: setting up and checking checking fixtures, spot checking of parts.
> Co-worker: start-of-production checks, passing on instructions to the pair.
> Maintenance manager: service request.
Specific professional knowledge
> Lecture et analyse de plan de pièce mécanique.
> Programmation ISO et/ou conversationnel.
> Connaitre les différents moyens de préhension des pièces.
> Connaitre les différents outillages (pour sélectionner le plus adapté à la réalisation des opérations demandées).
> Utilisation du matériel de contrôle (micromètre, colonne de mesure, projecteur de profil).
> Trigonométrie.
Aucun diplôme spécifique requis, expérience dans l’usinage préférable.
